Opening Night Reception: Monday evening, September 26th (5:30pm to 7:00pm). This event is open to all SCOAR members and their guests. The cost is $50, and Registration is required.
Tuesday, September 27, 2022
Workforce Development Committee: Tuesday morning, September 27th from 8:30am until 11:30am. There is no cost for SCOAR member employees.
Safety Committee: Tuesday morning, September 27th from 8:30am until 11:30am. There is no cost for SCOAR member employees.
Marketing and Fundraising for Scholarships & Events Committee: Tuesday morning, September 27th from 8:30am until 11:30am. There is no cost for SCOAR member employees.
Owners Forum: Tuesday morning, September 27th from 8:30am until 11:30am. There is no cost for SCOAR member employees. Owner members, only.
TopGolf Individual Player: Includes tournament play, 2 drink coupons, appetizers and the TOPS Safety and Scholarship Awards Dinner. Cost: $250 for individual play.
Notes: This is an offsite event approximately 14 miles from the hotel and transportation is not provided (but serviced by ride-share vehicles). If you are registered to participate in the TopGolf Competition, dinner is included in your fees! Spouse/”Significant Others” and guests of members are welcomed to participate in the TopGolf Event!
TOPS Awards Dinner Only (5:30pm-8:30pm) Includes 2 drink coupons, appetizers and the TOPS Safety and Scholarship Awards Dinner. Cost $125 (off-site at Top Golf)

General Session Meeting Attendance: Each SCOAR member organization may bring up to 3 company employees to each General Session without additional cost. Attendees will be provided meals and breaks during the meeting. Cost: There is no cost for SCOAR member employees; cost for additional SCOAR member employees (more than 3) is $195. Cost for non-member guests is $499
