Sponsorships for SCOAR Winter Program Meeting

1. Program Meeting Sponsor: Two Sponsors for each SCOAR Program Meeting. Benefits include a Complementary Tabletop display, Program Recognition during meeting, signage, and a 30-minute “Sponsor Solutions” presentation to inform the SCOAR Membership about your company’s capabilities, achievements, accomplishments, project experiences & successes. Cost: $2,500 for morning sponsorship & $2,000 for afternoon sponsorship. (2 available)

2. Program Meeting Breakfast Sponsor: Two co-sponsors for each Program
meeting. Benefits include Program Recognition during meeting, and signage. Cost:
$1,500 each. (Two available)

3. Program Meeting Lunch Sponsor: Two co-sponsors for each Program meeting.
Benefits include Program Recognition during meeting, and signage. Cost: $1,500
each. (Two available)

4. Program Meeting Break Sponsor: Two sponsors for each Program meeting.
Benefits include Program Recognition during meeting, and signage. Cost: $1,000
each; one for morning break sponsorship & one for afternoon break sponsorship.
(Total of two available; one morning and one afternoon)

5. Program Meeting Tabletop Display: SCOAR Member Organizations may
purchase a Tabletop display, which will include a 6’ table, 2 chairs and electricity (if
needed). This is an excellent opportunity to visually inform the SCOAR Membership
about your company’s capabilities and successes before and after the meeting, and
during breaks and meals. Companies are encouraged to provide handouts and
information about their company. Organizations are required to provide their own
table covering/skirting, signage and marketing materials. Cost: $500 each (SCOAR
Member Organization) and $1000 (non-SCOAR members). (Two available)
