Winter Meeting 2023
The Exhibitor Expo provides you with a unique opportunity to present your products and services to and network with representatives from the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity to visually inform the meeting attendees about your company’s capabilities and successes before and after the meeting, and during breaks and meals. You are encouraged to provide handouts and information about your company.
Base Package Benefits
Exhibit space includes on 6’ table and two chairs. Power is available upon request (i.e., extension cord and power strip with said cords taped down for safety).
Companies are required to provide their own table covering/skirting, signage and marketing materials.
The meeting will be held in the Leatherback & Hawksbill room. Exhibitors will be permitted to setup on Monday evening, January 30, or Tuesday morning, January 31, from 8-11 a.m. Booth setup must be completed by 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
The first networking activity during the general session is scheduled from 2:30-3:00 pm on Tuesday. A second networking session is scheduled from 10:00-10:30 a.m. the following day. Session times are tentative, please check the agenda for current schedule. Optional networking activities are scheduled Monday and Tuesday evening. See the agenda for details.
Breakdown will be Wednesday, February 1, after closing remarks.
If you would like to ship you packages ahead of your arrival, complimentary receiving and handling of boxes are provided. Send to Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa | SCOAR Winter Meeting | 3793 NE Ocean Boulevard | Jensen Beach, FL 34957. Send packages to the attention of Suzanne Goudreau, who will hold them for your arrival. Packages should be scheduled to arrive within 2-3 days of meeting due to limited storage space at the venue
