Reservations - Zota Beach Resort
- The Social Rate discount may be available for dates before and after the meeting dates providing added flexibility and value to guests who may wish to extend their stay. These dates can be modified at the top of the page once the booking link is followed.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. The resort’s standard deposit policy and cancellation policy of seven days prior to arrival will apply to all reservations.
- All reservations are subject to availability, and discounted rates may fluctuate based on the hotel’s occupancy. Attendees are encouraged to reserve as soon as possible to ensure availability.
- Hotel room rates are subject to applicable resort fees, and all state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in.
- She restrictions may apply to include a minimum night stay.

Room Reservation Guarantee
To receive the preferred rates of $299-$338/night, reservations must be made by April 14. After the cut-off date, any unreserved rooms will be released back into general inventory, and reservations will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis.
In order to expedite check-in, we request all reservations include the following information:
- Name, address, and email address
- Arrival and departure dates
- Room preference (i.e., single or double/double)
- Credit card type to be used for payment, including number and expiration date
- Please note that the Hotel is 100 percent non-smoking.

Rates cannot be changed upon check-in or at checkout for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.
Check-in and Check Out Times
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or a first night’s room deposit plus tax. All reservations that are not cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to the arrival date will be charged as a no show.
Check in time is 4:00 pm; checkout time is 11:00 am. All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available.
Should guests require a late check out, they will need to notify the Front Desk for availability and applicable charges will apply.
