Fees for attendees and guests are outlined below. See Sponsorship Opportunities to learn more and to view fees associated with these opportunities.

Event Registration Options

SCOAR Members

  • Early-bird attendee registration by December 15 | $349
  • Attendee registration December 16 or later | $399

*Your registration is your ticket to all meeting activities excluding invitation-only events.

Non-Members

  • $599 per attendee*

    *Non-member companies are welcome to attend one meeting at a special discounted rate of $599 per attendee (including scheduled meals). This reduced fee is available as a one-time offer to provide an affordable opportunity to experience the meeting’s value and benefits firsthand. 
  • Optional networking activities are available for a fee (see below). 
  • Under limited circumstances, a second meeting attendance as a non-member company may be offered at a rate of $799. We appreciate your interest in SCOAR and look forward to welcoming you at the meeting.

  • SCOAR Social – January 28 | $75

Guests (Preregistration Required)

Bringing a guest? Guests are welcome to attend scheduled meals and optional activities.

Refunds

  • 100% refund through January 5. Because we commit to numbers for meals and other activities at that time, refunds cannot be issued after that date.
  • Substitutions may be made for registrants who cannot attend.
  • Sponsorships and Exhibitor fees are non refundable.
