Reservations
The room block for reservations at the The Resort at Longboat Key Club is now full. Limited rooms are available at the same rate at Zota Beach Resort. To receive the preferred rate of $274/night, reservations must be made by April 26. After the cut-off date, any unreserved rooms will be released back into general inventory, and reservations will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis.
In order to expedite check-in, we request all reservations include the following information:
- Arrival and departure dates
- Estimated time of arrival
- Room preference (single or double/double)
- Credit card type to be used for payment, including number and expiration date
- Please note, the hotel is 100 percent non-smoking.

For online reservations, click here or the button above. Please note, the reservation page defaults to a set check-in and check-out date. Be sure click on Modify Dates and confirm the actual check-in/check-out dates before proceeding to so select the room type.
Room Reservation Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Seven days prior to arrival, each reservation will be charged for full pre-payment of the entire length of stay. All pre-payments are non-refundable within seven days of arrival.
Check-in and Check Out Times
Check in time is 4:00 p.m.; checkout time is 11:00 a.m. All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Front Desk can arrange to check luggage fo those arriving early when guest rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Should a guest require a late check out, he/she will need to notify the Front Desk for availability and applicable charges will apply.
Resort Fee
Rates are subject to a discounted $20 taxable Resort fee per room, per night. The Resort fee includes access to valet parking, wireless Internet, in-room bottled water and coffee, pool towel service at the resort pool and hot tub, beach chairs for use on hotel’s priviate beach, Gulf-view fitness center, daily newspaper delivery, daily turndown service, business center, unlimited local calls and toll-free number access.
