Booth Setup & Breakdown
- The meeting will be held in the Harbourside Ballroom. Exhibitors will be permitted to setup on Monday, May 20.
- The first Networking Break/Exhibitor Showcase during the general session is scheduled from 9:45-10:15 a.m. on Tuesday. A second session is scheduled from 2:00-2:30 that afternoon.
Session times are tentative, please check the agenda for the current schedule. Optional networking activities include a Kickoff Mixer on Monday evening and a golf and fishing tournament fundraising event on Wednesday morning. See the agenda for details.
Booth breakdown should be scheduled for Wednesday at the conclusion of the golf and fishing tournament luncheon, which is currently scheduled to end at 2 p.m.
Rates
- $500 for SCOAR members
- $1,000 for Non-Members

Refunds
Boxes will be received no earlier than four days prior to the event. To ensure proper delivery, the following information must be included on all boxes shipped to the hotel:

Date of Function: May 20-22, 2024
Your Name/Arrival Date
All boxes in excess of five, may incur a box handling fee. Any materials shipped upon the conclusion of the functionare the responsibility of the client. These materials must be properly packaged and labeled appropriately and include proper destination information including shipping account numbers. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of any items left on premise prior to, during, or following a function.
