A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least seven (7) working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. 

*You must be registered as a meeting attendee to qualify for the guaranteed room rate. Non-members of SCOAR who are not registered for the meeting by the cutoff will be removed from the room block and charged according to the resort’s prevailing room rates.

Early Departure Fee.  The early departure fee is the cost of one room night.

Resort Fee. Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee of $35.00 plus tax per room per night. This fee will cover several amenities, which include:

• Daily 2-Hour Dolphin Sightseeing Tour (until Water Taxi Service to Fort Myers Beach can be resumed)
• Times available are 9:30am and 11:30am daily. Visit the Front Desk for schedule and reservations. All guests must sign up at front desk to reserve a seat. Boat departs from dock next to Nauti Mermaid Dockside Bar & Grill.
• Daily Yoga on lawn 8:00 – 9:00 am
• Bicycle Rentals (sign waiver at Front Desk)
• Enhanced Internet Service in guest rooms

• Three Pools on property; One Resort Pool by Main Hotel Lobby and Two Pools at Recreation Center (One Laguna style pool at and One Lap pool)
