Fall Meeting 2023


The Exhibitor Expo provides you with a unique opportunity to present your products and services to and network with representatives from the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity to visually inform the meeting attendees about your company’s capabilities and successes before and after the meeting, and during breaks and meals. You are encouraged to provide handouts and information about your company.

Base Package Benefits

  • Exhibitor table in Exhibitor Area
  • Complimentary entry to all general meeting sessions. (Evening networking activities are optional and not included in the Exhibitor fee.)

  • Networking opportunities throughout the event

Exhibit space includes on 6’ table and two chairs. Power is available upon request (i.e., extension cord and power strip with said cords taped down for safety).

Companies are required to provide their own table covering/skirting, signage and marketing materials.

Booth Setup & Breakdown

The meeting will be held in the Albertine Ballroom. Exhibitors will be permitted to setup on Monday, September 18. Exhibits will be set in the 8th Floor Prefunction area.

The first networking activity during the general session is scheduled from 9:45 am-10:15 am on Tuesday.  A second networking session is scheduled from 10:00-10:30 am the following day.  Session times are tentative, please check the agenda for current schedule. Optional networking activities are scheduled Monday and Tuesday evening. See the agenda for details.

Breakdown will be Wednesday, September 20, after closing remarks.


Exhibitors may have packages and boxes delivered to the hotel up to 3 days prior to arrival date, and all packages must be picked up no later than 1 day after the end of the scheduled event. If storage exceeds this time period, a $25 per item/per day will be added.

Exhibitors are responsible for the following fees in connection with receiving handling and shipping of each package or box delivered to the hotel:

  • $5 for items weighing 5 lbs or less
  • $10 for items weighing 6-20 lbs
  • $15 for items weighing 21-50 lbs
  • $25 for items weighing over 50 lbs
  • $100 per crate
  • $200 per single pallet
