Group Reservations
The group rate at The Joseph is $399 per night (excluding applicable state and local taxes plus a $2.50 per night city fee, subject to change without notice). This rate is available from September 15-23, 2023. Group rates are available through August 25. After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis. Rates are available three days before and after meeting dates, subject to availability.

Cancellations
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or a first night’s room deposit plus tax. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will result in one night’s room and tax penalty. In the event a guest holds a confirmed reservation and fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date, a one-night’s room and tax penalty will be assessed, and the room will be released for sale for the remaining dates. 

No Room Transfer by Guests
Attendees are not permitted to assign any rights or obligations or to resell or otherwise transfer to persons not associated with SCOAR.

Check-in and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 4 pm; checkout time is 12 noon.  

Smoke-free Policy
The Judson is a smoke-free property. Restaurants on property that are not operated by the hotel may not participate in the smoke-free policy. To protect the smoke-free environment, the hotel will post up to a $500 cleaning fee to the account of any guests who smoke in their guest room.

Parking 
Valet parking is available at a discounted rate of $45/night.
