Booth Setup & Breakdown
- Tentatively, exhibitor booths will be located in the prefunction area – Palms Foyer located in the Sweetgrass Pavilion. Exhibitors will be permitted to setup on Monday, September 23.
- The first Networking Break/Exhibitor Showcase during the general session is scheduled from 9:45-10:15 a.m. on Tuesday. A second session is scheduled on Wednesday from 10-10:30 a.m.
Session times are tentative, please check the agenda for the current schedule. Optional networking activities include a Kickoff Mixer on Monday evening. See the agenda for details.
Booth breakdown should be scheduled for Wednesday at the conclusion of the meeting, which is currently scheduled to end at 12 noon.
Rates
- $500 for SCOAR members
- $1,000 for non-members
Deliveries and Storage
Boxes will be received no earlier than three days (72 hours) prior to the event. Please complete and return the Wild Dunes Resort Shipping and Freight Delivery Form according to instructions on the form. All guests expecting shipments need to have their tracking numbers available for reference. SCOAR’s Group Conference Name/Code is 2024 SCOAR Fall Meeting/3I71IG. The Event Planning Manager’s name is Sarah Noble.
