Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Registrations to meetings and events cancelled up to 7 days prior to the event may receive a refund; less than 7 days, refunds cannot be guaranteed due to commitments made to the meeting/event venue. Requests to transfer to another meeting/event date poses no penalty, provided SCOAR is able to accommodate the request. Requests to transfer must be received no later than 7 days prior to the meeting/event. Substitutions may be made. 

Full refunds will be issued within 14 days following the event/meeting for cancellations made in writing 7 days prior to the event/meeting. Credits can be posted to the company’s account as well.
