Room Reservation Guarantee
To receive the preferred rate of $274/night at the Hotel, reservations must be made by April 13. After the cut-off date, any unreserved rooms will be released back into general inventory, and reservations will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis.
In order to expedite check-in, we request all reservations include the following information:
- Arrival and departure dates
- Estimated time of arrival
- Room preference (single or double/double)
- Credit card type to be used for payment, including number and expiration date
- Please note that the hotel is 100 percent non-smoking.

Rates cannot be changed upon check-in or at checkout for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.
Check-in and Check Out Times
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.
Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, each reservation will be charged for full pre-payment of the entire length of stay. All pre-payments are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.
Check in time is 4:00 pm; checkout time is 11:00 am. All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Front Desk can arrange to check luggage fo those arriving early when guest rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Should a guest require a late check out, he/she will need to notify the Front Desk for availability and applicable charges will apply.

Resort Fee
Rates are subject to a discounted $20 taxable Resort fee per room, per night. The Resort fee includes access to daily supply of in-room ground coffee, Internet access, parking (valet and self), use of tennis courts, local and tolll free phone calls, on property transportation, use of two loungers per room or four chair loungers per two-bedroom suite, towels and chair covers, notary services, and daily newspaper.
