Event Registration Options

SCOAR Members

Your registration is your ticket to meeting activities, excluding SCOAR’s optional golf and fishing tournaments on May 21.

  • Early-bird attendee registration through April 17 | $349
  • Attendee registration April 18 or later | $399
  • Golf or Fishing Tournament (single player/angler) – May 21 | $400
  • Golf Tournament Team – Foursome | $1,500
  • Fishing Tournament Team – Foursome | $1,500 

Non-Members

  • $599 per attendee*
    *Non-member companies are welcome to attend one meeting at a special discounted rate of $599 per attendee (including scheduled meals). This reduced fee is available as a one-time offer to provide an affordable opportunity to experience the meeting’s value and benefits firsthand. Under limited circumstances, a second meeting attendance as a non-member company may be offered at a rate of $799. We appreciate your interest in SCOAR and look forward to welcoming you at the meeting.
  • Optional networking activities are available for a fee (see below). 
    • The Magic Begins: Kickoff Mixer and Dinner  – May 19 | $100
    • Golf or Fishing Tournament (single player/angler) – May 21 | $400

Guests (Preregistration Required)

Refunds

  • 100% refund through May 1st. Because we commit to numbers for meals and other activities at that time, refunds cannot be issued after that date.
  • Substitutions may be made for registrants who cannot attend.
  • Sponsorships and Exhibitor fees are non refundable.
