Group Reservations
The group rate at Perdido Beach Resort is $129 per night (excluding applicable state and local taxes). This rate is available from January 28-31, 2024. Group rates are available through January 8. Based on space and rate availability, group reservation requests made after the cutoff date will be honored by the hotel at its discretion when possible. After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis.

Should you wish to request upgraded accommodations, the following rates are offered. Rates quoted are based on single/double occupancy:

Online Reservations

A credit card and first night’s room and tax will be required to guarantee the reservation.  NOTE: Any special requests regarding sleeping rooms are based on availability at time of arrival.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made a full five (5) days before scheduled arrival; otherwise, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

Check-in and Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 4 pm; checkout time is 11 am. Guest check-in cannot be guaranteed prior to 4 pm. 

Early Departure  
A fee of a minimum of 50% of one-night’s room and tax will be charged to a guest’s individual account in the event a guest who has reserved a room within the SCOAR block departs the hotel before the confirmed departure date after checking in. To avoid paying this early departure fee, guests may inform the hotel prior to arrival or during check-in of any change to their scheduled length of stay. 

Parking 
Valet parking is available at a discounted rate of $45/night.
