Registration Options

SCOAR Members

• Free for the first three individuals from each member company.
• $499 for each additional member registration.

SCOAR Non Members

• $499 per attendee

Optional Activities – Preregistration Required

• Opening Reception on January 30 | $50
• Dinner and Casino Night on January 31| $125
• Golf Outing
  Golfers will pay at the course.  The fee is $70 per round and includes a cart.  Preregistration is required.  The deadline to register is January 23. Golfers should plan to be at Sailfish Sands at 8 a.m. on January 30. The course is 12 minutes from the venue. Transportation is not provided.

Guests – Preregistration Required
Bringing a guest? Guests are welcome to attend scheduled meals and optional activities.

Refund Policy

• 100% refund through January 9, 2023 for attendees and guests.
• Substitutions may be made for registrants who cannot attend.
• Sponsorships and Exhibitor fees are non-refundable.
